The 5th annual GNOME User and Developer European Conference (GUADEC), will bring developers, GNOME Foundation leaders and individual, business and government GNOME and open source software users to Agder University College in Kristiansand, Norway.
The conference is a unique forum for highlighting the capabilities and direction of GNOME, the user environment for desktops, networked servers and portable Internet devices.
GUADEC will also feature meaningful discussions of the future direction of open source development.
The registration for the conference and for accomodation has now started. It is a good idea to check out the different accomodation options before you register.
We can now offer you an opportunity to stay for free during the conference in Norway!
You bring whatever you need for sleeping, and we will provide you with sufficient floorspace.
This offer is currently limited to 140 persons, and from Sunday till Wednesday, but we are working to increase the capacity and the number of days possible to stay.
